Pre-Purchase Inspection

We offer 2 options performed by competent, qualified technicians who are familiar with common trouble zones and know what to look for when inspecting a pre-owned vehicle available for purchase. We also inspect for accident damage (frame, uni-body) & paint & body work.

Basic

A basic inspection is mostly visual and usually takes about an hour to complete. During this inspection the car is placed on a hydraulic lift and visually inspected for the following:

Major fluid leaks
Rusted brake and fuel lines
Loose or damaged suspension and steering parts
Manual transmission and differential levels and condition
Brake hardware - remaining pad life, rotor thickness
Condition of exhaust system
Tire condition - wear, tread depth, evidence of plugs
Condition of frame - rust, damage

Detailed

A detailed inspection is a basic inspection that includes computer engine electronic analysis. This type of inspection typically takes about an hour and a half to complete.
